SMS notifications<\/h2>\n

With Bookingtjeneste, you can easily send automatic SMS notifications to both customers and employees when a booking is made. The system also supports notifications for changes in booking status (such as rejected or canceled), as well as reminders before and after a booking. This gives you flexibility in communication and ensures time-saving processes.<\/p>\n

How to create an SMS notification<\/h2>\n

1. G\u00e5 til Automatisering \u2192 Arbeidsflyt.<\/p>\n

Click on Lag ny arbeidsflyt<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Du vil n\u00e5 se tre felt:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  • Arbeidsflyt navn: Skriv inn et navn for denne arbeidsflyten. For eksempel: SMS ved ny booking<\/span>. <\/li>\n
  • N\u00e5r dette skjer: Velg utl\u00f8seren for handlingen. For eksempel: Ny booking<\/span>. <\/li>\n
  • Gj\u00f8r dette: Velg handlingen som skal utf\u00f8res. Velg Send SMS<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    4. You will now see a new screen.<\/p>\n

    • Arbeidsflyt navn: Her st\u00e5r navnet du kalte arbeidsflyten. Endre dette hvis \u00f8nskelig. Dette p\u00e5virker kun navnet du ser i kontrollpanelet.<\/li>\n
    • Under N\u00e5r<\/span> st\u00e5r det n\u00e5 Ny booking<\/span>. Klikk p\u00e5 Endre<\/span>-knappen for \u00e5 justere innstillinger i detalj. Du kan for eksempel koble til valgte tjenester, lokasjoner, alternativer og statuser. Da trigges arbeidsflyten kun hvis disse innstillingene er samstemmer.<\/li>\n
    • Under Gj\u00f8r dette<\/span> st\u00e5r det n\u00e5 Send SMS<\/span>. Klikk p\u00e5 Endre<\/span>-knappen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Til: Velg mottakerne av SMS. Du kan velge Kunden og\/eller Alternativet. Du kan ogs\u00e5 legge til andre telefonnummer som skal v\u00e6re fast, klikk Enter<\/span>.<\/li>\n
      • Innhold: Skriv innholdet i e-posten. Ved \u00e5 klikke p\u00e5 N\u00f8kkelord<\/span> kan du legge inn dynamisk informasjon (plassholdere) som kundens navn, tjenestenavn osv. Dette tilpasses automatisk n\u00e5r e-posten sendes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        When can automatic SMS notifications be sent?

        On new appointment: Send notifications when a new booking is added.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        On agreement change: Send notifications when an agreement is changed by the customer or employee.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        On cancellation or status change: Send notifications when the status of an appointment changes or is canceled.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        Pre-appointment reminder: Send notifications x minutes before an appointment starts (e.g. 1 hour before).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        After the deal: Send notifications after the deal is over to get feedback from the customer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        How SMS sending works with segment and quota counting

        Message is divided into segments: Each SMS can contain up to 153 characters. If you type more, the message is automatically divided into multiple SMSs (segments).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        Check used quota: Before we send, the system looks at how many SMS segments you have already used this month.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
