Bookingtjeneste.no: SMS verification (OTP)<\/h2>\n

Bookingservice.no<\/a> offers SMS verification (OTP) for customers during the booking process. As a supplier, you can enable this feature under settings. Please note that SMS verification requires one of our Pro + SMS subscriptions. This feature is included in all Pro + SMS subscriptions, but it does not work on Basic or Pro without an SMS subscription.<\/p>\n

What is SMS verification (OTP)?<\/h2>\n

SMS-verifikasjon (OTP, One-Time Password) sender en engangskode til kundens telefonnummer for \u00e5 bekrefte identiteten. Kunder m\u00e5 skrive inn telefonnummeret sitt og klikke p\u00e5 knappen Verifiser<\/span> for \u00e5 motta koden p\u00e5 SMS. Denne koden skal deretter fylles inn i et eget felt p\u00e5 bookingsiden, f\u00f8r kunden klikker p\u00e5 Verifiser<\/span>-knappen igjen. N\u00e5r nummeret er bekreftet, kan kunden fortsette til neste steg i bookingprosessen.<\/p>\n

SMS verification provides an extra layer of security to ensure that customer information is correct and authentic.<\/p>\n

Once a number is verified, our system remembers it. There is no need to verify the same number again, making for a simpler and faster booking process for future visits.<\/p>\n

How to enable SMS verification (OTP):<\/h2>\n

1. Log in to your control panel at Bookingtjeneste.no.<\/p>\n

Click on SMS-verifikasjon<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Klikk p\u00e5 knappen Aktivert<\/span>, og deretter Lagre endringer<\/span>. N\u00e5 er funksjonen aktivert!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Please note that SMS verification requires a Pro + SMS subscription, but the feature does not affect your included SMS. You have unlimited access to SMS verifications as long as your usage remains within normal usage. If we notice that your usage exceeds normal, we will contact you to find a customized pricing package to suit your needs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
