Send payment link to customer via status change<\/h2>\n

You can send a payment link to the customer by creating a status change that automatically triggers an email with the payment link.<\/p>\n

Create new status:

Using Payment Link Status<\/h2>\n

Everything is now ready to use! When you change the status of a booking to Payment link sent<\/b>, an email will automatically be sent to the customer with the payment link. The customer can then click on the link and complete the payment, which will be recorded in your booking system as normal.<\/p>\n

Manual method<\/h2>\n

Create a URL and send to the customer manually<\/h3>\n

Eksempel: Si du har en booking liggende som Ikke betalt<\/span>. Dette kan for skje hvis kunde har bestilt via Betalt p\u00e5 sted eller via faktura<\/span> (lokal betalingsmetode). Du kan da opprette en digital betalingslink som du sender til kunde med for eksempel en normal e-post fra din egen e-post. Kunde som klikker p\u00e5 denne vil deretter bli henvist til betalingsmetoden som du har valgt. N\u00e5r denne er betalt blir det registrert automatisk p\u00e5 bookingen.<\/p>\n
