The customer can therefore log in to the customer panel at any time. You may have to inform the customer that an account is being created, but this is your choice. Remember to provide the customer with a username and password.<\/p>\n<h2>What can the customer do on the customer panel?<\/h2>\n<p>Through the customer panel, your customers can easily manage their appointments and profiles. They can create a profile, change profile information, rebook, cancel or delete appointments. As an administrator, you can choose which functions your customers should have access to in the customer panel. You can also decide whether an email with login information should be sent to the customer when they make a booking, since they automatically receive a customer profile. You can edit or remove this email under workflow in the menu.<\/p>\n<h3>Choice for customer<\/h3>\n<p>Under&nbsp;<i>Settings<\/i>&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;<i>The front panel<\/i>&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;<i>Customer panel<\/i>&nbsp;you can choose what your customers can do in their panel. You decide which features should be enabled.
