What is group booking?
Group booking in a booking system allows multiple customers to book the same service at the same time. For example, it is good for group coaching, courses, joint training sessions, etc.
Booking page: Add more participants
This is what your customers see on your booking page.
The "Add more participants" field on your booking page allows the customer to choose to bring multiple people with them during the same booking. The customer simply ticks this button and selects how many people they want to bring with them on this booking. Here, the customer does not have to fill in information about each and every person who joins the booking.
The customer pays for everyone together during the same booking. You can activate or deactivate this feature for each service – it is therefore optional to use. To activate this, you must first edit one of your services, then select "Group" under "Capacity", then select the maximum number of people who can have this booking at the same time. Now you have set a maximum capacity for this service. After this, activate the button "Turn on, Add more participants". The button will now be visible under this service.

You can easily activate a Service as a Group Booking.
- Go to "Services" in the menu. Edit a "Service".
- In the Services tab, find and set the "Capacity" field to "Group". This allows for multiple bookings at the same time. Fill in the number of available spaces.
- A field will also appear called: Turn on "Add more participants". This means that the person booking can choose to include more people in the booking. You can turn off the field if you do not want this feature. When using this field, you will not receive information about the people the customer is bringing with them, only the number.
- Save in the bottom right corner.

Would you like to display the number of available seats at each time? You can enable this via settings.
- Click Settings -> Front Panels -> Order Steps
- Click on "Date and time".
- You will now see some settings. Disable the field: "Hide number of available times". You can also disable it again later if desired.
- Click "Save changes" in the top right corner. Now available seats on a group booking will be visible.
