You can also create and send PDF documents automatically as attachments to email notifications.
How to create a PDF document
Gå til Automatisering → Arbeidsflyt.
Velg Lag PDF Dokument.
Fyll inn:PDF Dokument Navn: For eksempel Kvittering.Innhold: Bruk nøkkelord for dynamisk informasjon som kundens navn eller tjenestenavn.
PDF Dokument Navn: For eksempel Kvittering.
Content: Use keywords for dynamic information like the customer's name or service name.
For å bruke en ferdig mal, gå til https://bookingtjeneste.no/maler, kopier HTML-koden og lim den inn via Code view (</>).
Rediger innholdet om nødvendig, og klikk Lagre endringer.
How to edit a PDF document
Gå til Automatisering → Arbeidsflyt.
Klikk på de tre prikkene ved siden av dokumentet og velg Rediger.
Edit the name and content as needed, and use keywords for dynamic information.
Save the changes.
How to add PDF as attachment to email
Click on Workflow og velg en eksisterende arbeidsflyt.
Under Gjør dette, klikk Endre.
dokumentet fra nedtrekkslisten (velg versjonen med (PATH)).
Klikk Save.
