Reactivating your booking service
If locations, services, and options are missing from your booking page, it's most likely because everything is disabled.
This will happen automatically if your subscription expires due to non-payment, such as insufficient funds. When the service is deactivated, all features, such as services, locations, and options, will be turned off.
To restore service, payment must be made. The system will retry several times over time, but you can contact us via chat if you need quick help — we can activate it immediately.
If you order a new subscription, the service will be reactivated immediately. Remember to activate each service and its associated options manually after purchase. See the instructions below for how to do this.
Activate Services:
1. Go to Services in the menu.
2. Your service overview can be viewed using 2 different methods:
– Graphical View: Find the service you want to enable and click the pencil icon next to it to edit.
– List view: Find the service, click the three dots on the right side, and select "Edit".
– While editing the service, click "Show service" in the bottom left corner to activate it.
Tips for activating multiple Services at the same time:
– Go to Services in the menu.
– Switch to List view if you are not already there (blue button at the top).
– Select multiple services by checking the white boxes next to each service.
– Once you have selected, select “Activate” at the bottom right, and then “Apply”.
Enable Options:
1. Go to "Options" in the menu.
2. Here you see all your options in a list view.
– Find the option you want to enable.
– Click on the three dots to the right of the option and select “Change”.
– While editing the option, click on “Show service” to activate it.
Tip: Enable multiple Options at once:
– Go to “Options” in the menu.
– Select multiple options by checking the white boxes next to each option.
– Once you have selected, select “Activate” at the bottom right, and then “Apply”.
Just follow the steps and you should be able to reactivate the services and options without any problems. If you encounter any problems, customer service is always there to help.
Locations
1. Go to "Locations" in the menu.
2. Here you see all your Locations in a list view.
3. Select multiple Locations by checking the white boxes next to each Location.
4. Once you have selected, select "Activate" at the bottom right, and then "Apply."
