What is workflow?

Workflows allow you to automate actions related to your appointments and build efficient business processes. For example, a workflow can send an email to the customer and yourself when a booking is confirmed. You can create a wide variety of combinations to meet your needs. You can create, delete, or deactivate workflows.

Actions

  • When a new booking is added.
  • When a booking is changed.
  • When the agreement status changes (with the possibility of combinations based on previous and current status).
  • Before the appointment starts (a selected number of minutes, hours, or days before start).
  • When the agreement ends (also x number of minutes, hours or days after the agreement or shortly before).
  • When a new customer is created.
  • When a payment is completed.

Triggers

  • Sending email.
  • Sending SMS.
  • Changes agreement status.
  • Sending HTTP requests with Webhook.

New triggers may be added over time.

Filters

You can fine-tune workflows by using the following filters:

  • Location
  • Options
  • Service
  • Status
  • Language

Example of a simple scenario

You can create as many workflows as you want, and combine different triggers in each workflow.

  • When this happens: New booking
  • Do this: Sends emails with optional dynamic information to the customer and admin.
