What is workflow?
Workflows allow you to automate actions related to your appointments and build efficient business processes. For example, a workflow can send an email to the customer and yourself when a booking is confirmed. You can create a wide variety of combinations to meet your needs. You can create, delete, or deactivate workflows.
Actions
- When a new booking is added.
- When a booking is changed.
- When the agreement status changes (with the possibility of combinations based on previous and current status).
- Before the appointment starts (a selected number of minutes, hours, or days before start).
- When the agreement ends (also x number of minutes, hours or days after the agreement or shortly before).
- When a new customer is created.
- When a payment is completed.
Triggers
- Sending email.
- Sending SMS.
- Changes agreement status.
- Sending HTTP requests with Webhook.
New triggers may be added over time.
Filters
You can fine-tune workflows by using the following filters:
- Location
- Options
- Service
- Status
- Language
Example of a simple scenario
You can create as many workflows as you want, and combine different triggers in each workflow.
