Email sender

You cannot send emails from your own domain or email. All emails from the Booking Service are sent from post@bookingtjeneste.no or noreply@bookingtjeneste.no

However, you can choose a sender name for your emails. The recipient will then see your sender name instead of our email. You can choose the sender name below:

Settings -> Email -> Sender name (not email). It is important that you enter a name here, and not an email.

Sender of SMS

The SMS messages are sent from the booking service's own SMS name, "Reservation". This cannot be changed, and the recipient will not be able to reply to the SMS.

Webhook

You can optionally set up a webhook and send information about the booking to, for example, Zapier. Zapier can then forward the information to an email system that then sends the email from your own email. This requires a more extensive setup, but is possible for advanced users.
