BT Pay

BT Pay is Bookingtjeneste.no's own card payment service, developed in collaboration with Stripe.com, which makes it easy to receive payments online.

Fees

When using card payments through BT Pay, a fee of 6.5 % is charged per sale. Example: For a sale of 300 NOK, the fee will be 19.50 NOK, and you will receive 280.50 NOK. Payments for sales are made automatically every 7 days via Stripe. There are no other costs associated with a sale with BT Pay.

Managing BT Pay from Bookingtjeneste.no

BT Pay is fully integrated with Bookingtjeneste.no and works directly without additional setup. You can see if the customer has used BT Pay under "Payments" in the main menu, where you get a full overview of all payments and payment status for each booking. BT Pay may also be called Stripe Connect in the system.

Transactions and refund overview

To keep track of transactions, use the Stripe Dashboard at Stripe Express Login or log in via Settings -> Payment -> Payment Methods -> Stripe Connect.

• Payments from Stripe are made every 7 days to the account you provided when registering.
• In the control panel at Bookingtjeneste.no you will find a complete overview of all sales and payments under "Payments".

Refund of payments

Direct refunds through BT Pay (Stripe Connect) are possible via the control panel at Stripe Express Login

Instructions for setting up BT Pay as a payment method

• Go to Settings -> Payment -> Payment Methods -> Stripe Connect.
• Turn on Stripe Connect.
• Click "Registration" and complete the registration.
• Activation complete! You can now receive card payments. To deactivate, turn off the function via the button.
