Settings -> Front Panels -> Rating Form
Via "Workflow" in the menu you can send email notifications. If you activate Rating form under settings you can send an email with a link to a rating form to your customers. This can be sent automatically via setup from "Workflow. In rating forms the customer can write a rating and set stars/rating. A rating button can also be displayed in the customer's customer panel.
Description of fields
The link expires after
Choose a time for the review link to expire, or leave it as Disabled. After the specified time, customers will not be able to leave a review.
Show Alternatives' rating in the booking form
Enable to show "Alternatives" score on the booking page so the customer can see the rating of both employees and/or products.
Show Services' rating in booking form
Enable to show "Services" score on the booking page so the customer can see the rating of Services.
Show description field
Enable to give customers a description field during a review, and not just the ability to set stars.
Show Rating button after booking is completed in Customer Panel
Enable to display a review button in the customer's customer dashboard.
Description label
Write a text for what should be written where the customer should give their rating.
The blue button to the right of the field gives you the opportunity to insert various Keywords (placeholders) with information from the booking. For example, enter the name of the service, etc. This is dynamic and will update with the correct information for each customer.
