Can I send emails from my own email address?

You cannot send emails from your own domain or email address. All emails from the Booking Service are sent from post@bookingtjeneste.no.

However, you can choose a sender name for your emails. The recipient will then see your sender name instead of our email. You can choose the sender name below:

-> Administrasjon → Innstillinger → E-postinnstillinger → Navn på sender (ikke e-post). Det er viktig at du fyller inn et navn her, og ikke en e-post.

Webhook

You can optionally set up a webhook and send information about the booking to, for example, Zapier. Zapier can then forward the information to an email system that then sends the email from your own email. This requires a more extensive setup, but is possible for advanced users.
