How to fix booking approval issues
Hvis en booking blir avvist selv etter at den er satt til Godkjent, kan du følge stegene nedenfor.
Merk: Dette gjelder kun for online betalingsmetoder som Vipps, Stripe eller BT Pay. For Payment on site or via invoice vil ikke dette problemet oppstå.
When is this necessary?
Vanligvis oppdateres bookingstatusen automatisk etter at betalingen er fullført. Men dersom du ønsker å godkjenne en booking før betalingen er gjennomført (f.eks. med Vipps, Stripe eller BT Pay), kan du bruke en av metodene under.
Tip: If you don't need to approve the booking before payment, you don't need to do anything extra - the booking status will update automatically when payment is received. This is the most normal thing to do.
Metode 1: Sett som Betalt
Go to Payments in the menu.
Find the rejected booking.
Click on the three dots next to the booking.
Select Set as paid.
Go to Bookings in the menu and set the booking to Approved manually.
Method 2: Set status to “Not Paid”
Go to Payments in the menu.
Find the rejected booking.
Click on the three dots next to the booking.
Select status Not paid.
Then go to Bookings in the menu and set the booking to Approved manually.
