Log
Under the "Log" button, you can easily get an overview of all "Workflows" that have been completed for your booking service. You get full control over your workflows. You can track and review all sent workflows. On a simple and clear page, you can see when, for whom and which workflow was completed. You can also quickly resend workflows if necessary.
How to view details and resubmit a workflow?
- Go to Log and find the workflow you want to look at.
- Click the three dots: To the right of the current workflow, you will find a menu with three dots. Click this and select Info.
- View details: Here you get a full overview of the workflow that has been completed. For example, if an email was sent, you can see the entire email and who received it.
- Resend: To resend the workflow, click "Resend" and confirm the action. The workflow will then be resent to the same recipient(s).
Available in Pro and Pro + SMS subscriptions
Logging is included in both the Pro and Pro + SMS subscriptions, giving you full access to a dedicated log where you can manage all your workflows.
User access and rights
You can use the "User Access" feature in the main menu to manage who on your team has access to "Log" and what features they can use. This includes the ability to:
- Access the history and view details about workflows
- Resend workflows
