How to cancel a subscription at Bookingtjeneste.no?

Upon cancellation/termination, you will lose access to all features, and your booking service will become inactive. Please note that we do not refund money after a payment has been made. This applies to both monthly and annual payment subscriptions. In the event of any termination/cancellation, the subscription will end after the paid period is over. For example, you have paid for a month, and cancel the subscription in the middle of the month. The subscription will then last for the entire paid period, and no money will be refunded.

1. Log in to the control panel.

2. At the top right you will see your username. Click on your username and then click on "Subscription".

3. At the top of this page you will see an overview of your subscription. Click on "Cancel subscription".

Do you also want to delete the entire booking service?

You can completely delete your booking service at any time by sending us a message via our contact form or by sending an email to post@bookingtjeneste.no.

You can also manually delete it via Profile Settings in the Control Panel.
