Freeze subscription

Can my subscription be frozen?

The subscription cannot be "frozen", but it must be terminated. Once you have canceled your subscription, your booking service will be deactivated. It is important to note that no data will be deleted from the system. If you wish to resume the services later, you can easily order a new subscription and reactivate them via your control panel.

 

Subscription cancellation guide

1. Log in to the control panel.

2. At the top right you will see your username. Click on your username and then click on "Subscription".

3. At the top of this page you will see an overview of your subscription. Click on "Cancel subscription".
