Update card details for payment of your subscription

Updating payment information
If your card is nearing its expiration date, or if you have received a new card, Stripe will automatically send you an email with a secure link to update your payment details. Follow the link in the email to securely update your card.
Alternatively: Contact us at post@bookingtjeneste.no, we will send you a secure update link directly from Stripe.
If a payment fails
- We try to withdraw the amount several times over a few weeks.
- You will receive notifications from both Stripe and Bookingtjeneste.no.
- Your account with us will be temporarily closed until payment is completed.
Have you received funds back on the card?
Contact us at post@bookingtjeneste.no and we can expedite a new payment attempt.
IMPORTANT. Your security and privacy are our top priority. We never ask for your card details directly.
