Currency selection

Select the desired currency for your business.

• Default value: Norwegian kroner.

Currency symbol

Regardless of which currency you choose, you can also specify the desired currency symbol.

• Default value: kr

Currency format

Set the currency display format. Available formats:

• kr 100
• kr100
• 100kr
• 100 kr
• Default value: NOK 100

Price format

Specify your pricing format from the following options:

• 45 000.00
• 45,000.00
• 45 000,00
• 45.000,00
• 45´000.00
• Default value: 45,000.00

Number of decimal places

Determine the number of decimal places for the prices.

• Default value: 100.00 (2 decimal places)

Payment settings

How long to wait for payment: 

Determine how long the system will hold a booking while waiting for payment. If payment is not made within this period, the time slot will be released for other customers. 

The customer can pay the full amount:

When deposit payment is enabled, customers can reserve by paying only the deposit. This option allows you to let the customer pay the full amount at the time of booking if desired. Disable to limit payment to the deposit.

Booking status upon successful payment

Select which status to indicate when a payment is completed.

• Recommended status: Approved
  

Booking status in case of unsuccessful payment

Choose which status to indicate in the event of a failed payment.

• Recommended status: Rejected

Hide "VAT included in summary" at the service level

Enable this option if you want to hide "VAT included in summary" on the service page. It is not necessary to use this.
