Ordering steps

Change various settings on your visual booking page. Under these settings, you can remove, change, and add steps to the booking process. You can also drag steps up or down to change their order. You can change settings for these:

Location (can be hidden)

– Hide the address of the location.

Options (personnel/object) (can be hidden)

– Show both phone number and email address as an alternative.

– Activate the option for 'Random option'. This will display a button that will select a random option. The customer can then choose either one from the available options.

– Automatic assignment rule: Here you can choose how Options are sorted and selected using "Random Option".

Service (can be hidden)

– Hide services under a category. (Customers must click on the name of the category to see the services below).

Additional services (can be hidden)

– If a service does not have an extra, skip the step.

– Show additional services under category name.

- Show all extra services on all services.

Date and time

The time format for the booking form:

– Show both start and end times (e.g.: 10:00 – 11:00) or Show only start time (e.g.: 10:00).

– Start the booking calendar from: This month or a selected month.

– Hide the number of available times: When booking a group, your customers will see how many available spaces are available directly on your booking page.

Information

– Identify the customer by:
   – Email
   – Phone number:

– Separate first and last name input. 

– Set email as a required field.

– Set phone number as a required field.

– Default country code for the phone: Here you can change to Norway, for example.

Shopping cart (can be hidden)

Confirmation (can be hidden)

– Hide the payment methods section.

– Do not show the discount row if no discount is added.

– Hide the price section.

– Hide the discount code section.

– Redirect customer when booking: If you turn on this feature, the "Thank you for your booking" page will not be visible.  

Finish

– Change the URL of the “COMPLETE BOOKING” button. By default, only the current booking page is updated.

– Default: Reload the current page.

– Hide “ADD TO GOOGLE CALENDAR”.

– Hide “Add to iCloud Calendar”:

– Hide "START NEW BOOKING".

– Hide order number:
