How to load existing customer lists?
It is easy to load customers from previous customer lists. This must be done via a CVS file. You can easily create a CVS file from various systems, for example Excel. Here is a free website that allows you to create such a file: https://tableconvert.com/csv-generator
The customer list file must contain the following information:
- First name
- Surname
- Telephone (remember +47 in front)
- Sex
- Date of birth
- Note
Instructions for uploading customer lists
1. Download the template here: Download template.
2. Click on "Customers" in the main menu.
3. Edit the CSV file with a program that supports this. Example: https://tableconvert.com/csv-generator
4. Enter your customers, and save the file with your customer list.
5. Click the "Import" button in the top right and select the file you just saved.
6. Click "Import". The customer list is now uploaded.
NB: When customers are loaded manually via a file, they will unfortunately not be given access to their own customer panel. To give customers their own login, you will need to manually edit each customer and activate the option "Allow login". If you want each customer to get their own login automatically, it is most practical to let the creation of customer accounts happen automatically when a booking is made. When a customer makes a booking, their customer account is created completely automatically. By default, customers will receive an email via the workflow informing them about the customer panel and providing details of their username and password. This means that as soon as a booking is registered, the customer will automatically have access to their customer panel and the necessary information to log in.
