Discount code

You can set up coupons/discount codes for your customers. You can do this easily via your control panel. The discount works on the price excluding VAT/tax.

How to create a coupon

• Click on "Discount code" in the menu.
• Click on "Create discount code".
• Fill in the details in the required fields. "Code": Select a code name. Example: Discount20. "Discount": Select an amount or percentage for the discount.
• Set the validity period for a discount code by filling in the “Valid date from” and “Valid date to”. The discount code is valid between these dates. Interestingly, although the code must be used during this period, the customer can choose any date for the actual booking. For example, if you set the validity period to 01.03.2024 – 31.03.2024, the customer can use the code during this period, but book for a date outside this period, such as 15.06.2024. This provides flexibility in using the discount code.
• Optionally, fill in the "Usage Limit" field. If you want to limit the use of the discount code, enter it here. Otherwise, leave it blank. For example, you can say that only 10 customers can benefit from this Discount Code.
• The "Once per" field. If each customer can benefit from this discount code once, you should enable this checkbox.
• Service filter: If you want this discount code to be specific to some services, you can add the service filter. Otherwise, keep it blank and the coupon will be available for all types of services.
• Option filter: If you want your discount code to be identifiable for certain Options, you can select these as filters. Otherwise, leave it blank and let the discount code be active for all Options.
• Click on "Create Discount Code". The discount code is ready to use. Then send the discount code to the customer manually via, for example, email or SMS.

Tips

• In the Discount Code overview, you can filter discount codes with a simple search. You can also see how many times discount codes have been used, and "Usage history".
• If you need to delete or edit any of the discount codes, click on the three dots to the right of each coupon. Then select "Edit" or "Delete."

How a customer can use a discount code during a booking

During a booking process, the customer can use their discount code under the "Discount code" button at the end of the booking. The customer simply enters their code in the "Discount code" field and clicks "OK". The discount will appear and can be applied to the purchase.
