Creation and Customization of Agreement Statuses
Appointment status refers to the current state of a booking. Standard statuses include "Approved", "Pending", "Rejected", and "Cancelled".
To adapt the system to specific needs, you can create your own statuses and customize them by changing the name, icon, and color. You can also decide whether a status should mark time as busy in the calendar by using the “Mark as busy slot” option. This provides increased flexibility and efficiency in managing bookings.
Additionally, different statuses can be used as triggers in Workflows, for example by automatically sending an email or SMS when the agreement status is set to “Approved.” This gives you the opportunity to improve communication and automation in the booking process.
