You can share your booking service on all platforms, including social media. However, it is important to note the following: When using payment solutions such as BT Pay (Stripe Connect – our primary payment method), Stripe or Mollie, it is essential that the customer uses a standard browser to open your booking service. This can be browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.

When using browsers built into social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc., you may experience issues with the payment process. For example, nothing may happen when the customer presses "Proceed to payment" or tries to complete the booking. This is because these social media platforms use their own integrated browsers that are not yet fully supported by our service.

We are constantly working to improve support for these browsers, so in the meantime, we encourage customers to use standard browsers when using your booking service.
