If a "Service" can be booked more than once at the same time, there is most likely an error in your setup. Check the following:
To avoid errors in the setup when a service can be booked more than once for the same time, it is important to follow these steps:
1. Check the Service:
– First, go to edit the service in question.
2. In the 'Service' tab, find the field labeled 'Capacity'.
– If the service is to be available for only one booking at a time, make sure this field is set to 'Solo'. If it says 'Group', it means that multiple customers can book the service at the same time, depending on the number specified.
3. Check the 'Options' tab. In order for the service to only be booked once per time slot, there must only be one option selected here.
– Remember that if you choose two options, the service can be booked twice at the same time. With three options, it can be booked three times at the same time, and so on.
These steps will help you ensure that your service is set up correctly to avoid overlapping bookings.
