Booking limiter
Booking Limiter in Booking Service gives you control over your booking processes. With this feature, you can:
- Prevent overbooking
- Ensure even distribution of the workload
- Maintain high quality of services
By setting limits on the number of bookings at different levels, you can customize the system to meet your business needs.
Location Restrictions
With location-based booking restrictions, you can set specific limits for each location. This ensures that each location operates within its capacity and prevents overbooking.
To set location restrictions:
- Go to "Locations" in the left menu.
- Select the location you want to set restrictions for.
- Click the three dots "⋮" next to the location name and select "Edit".
- Go to the "Booking Limits" tab.
- Enter the maximum number of bookings allowed for this location per day or week.
- Set a capacity limit if relevant.
Limitations for Options
To balance the workload of employees or resources, you can set booking limits for each option.
To set restrictions for options:
- Go to "Options" in the left menu.
- Select the option you want to set restrictions for.
- Click the three dots "⋮" next to the option name and select "Edit".
- Go to the "Booking Limits" tab.
- Set the maximum number of bookings allowed for this option per day or week.
- Set a capacity limit if necessary.
Limitations on Services
You can also implement booking limits for the various services you offer, based on demand and the nature of the services.
To set service-specific restrictions:
- Go to "Services" in the left menu.
- Select the service you want to set restrictions for.
- Click the three dots "⋮" next to the service name and select "Edit".
- Go to the "Booking Limits" tab.
- Enter the maximum number of bookings allowed for this service per day or week.
- Set a capacity limit.
- You can also limit how many times a customer can book this service within a given time frame.
Restrictions for Customers
To ensure fair access to the services, you can also set booking limits per customer.
To set customer-specific restrictions:
- Go to "Settings" in the left menu.
- Select "General" and then the "Booking Limits" tab.
- Set the maximum number of bookings each customer can make within a defined time frame, such as per day or week.
